What kind of meditation do the Brahma Kumaris teach?

Raja Yoga meditation is often referred to as the yoga of the mind.

How will I possibly benefit by learning Raja Yoga meditation?

·     Increased happiness
·     Less stress
·     Better and sound sleep
·     More efficient working
·     Harmonious relationships
·     Fewer thoughts
·     Increased concentration
·     Greater sense of purpose
·     Contentment with life

Many people practise some form of meditation, so how is Raja Yoga different?

The aim of many types of meditation is to empty the mind in order to experience stillness and calmness. Raja yoga meditation is about reconnecting with our original qualities and strengths and filling our mind with positive thoughts and feelings. Through this, we are able to experience peace of mind, replace negative self-beliefs, strengthen our willpower and improve our relationships.
